Parking & Transportation

If you would like to park your car, please park in designated parking spots and the overflow lot (west side of Woodmoor).

There is no parking in the bus loading zones, we have students arriving and leaving by bus throughout the day.

We ask that you follow the directions of our student crossing guards, as it is their duty to help keep the cross walks safe.

If you would like to drop off your child, we have designated a lane in the upper parking lot (east side of Woodmoor) as an unloading zone only. 

This lane is intended to keep the traffic flow moving. This lane is for unloading of children only; do not park, nor leave your vehicle.

Once you are in the unloading lane:

1. Pull as far forward as possible.

2. Stop the vehicle for students to exit safely.

3. In the morning, we ask that students walk down the southern stairs and into the building and to their designated morning areas.

If you would like to pick up your child, we have designated a lane around the back of the school (west side of Woodmoor) as a loading zone only.

This lane is intended to keep the traffic flow moving. This lane is for loading of children only; do not park, nor leave your vehicle.

Once you are in the loading lane:

1. Pull as far forward as possible.

2. Stop the vehicle for students to enter safely.

Woodmoor’s front circle is only designated for drop off and pick up of our students with special needs and students who have medical needs preventing them from walking safely down stairs or from a distant parking place.

Our handicap-designated parking spots are limited and we have many Woodmoor families that need the close proximity in order to drop off or pick up their child who has special needs.

Families who are allowed to use the front circle have a special sign signaling the parking lot attendant to let them proceed to the front circle.

If you are one of those families, please make sure you have that sign visible while on campus.

Students who are walking out the main driveway towards 160th should meet their siblings at the Little Playground (by the swings). Parents should wait on the “water tower” corner (the north side of the school). Crossing guards will guide students to cross and meet their parent/guardian.

Students are not to wait in the unsupervised circle area.

Walkers who are meeting younger siblings from the A/B pod should meet at the Little Playground swing area.

Walkers not meeting parents should immediately proceed along their designated routes.

Crossing Guards are at the 124th/160th street intersection for crossing.
